Metal roller bearings.
Our roller bearings series MTR and MTS are suitable for pulling into the tube. As bearing we offer a less complicated grooved ball bearing, recommended for easy running of gravity roller conveyors up to a max. speed of 200 rpm. The alternative DIN ball bearings are characterised by low-noise operation and higher load capacity and are ideally suited e.g. for driven rollers. A wide range of accessories is also available. Special designs, e.g. special greases are available on request.
Plastic roller bearings.
Our plastic roller bearings of the KTES series are suitable for insertion into the tube, our KTS for press-fitting. As bearing we offer a less complicated grooved ball bearing recommended for easy running of gravity roller conveyors up to max. 200 rpm. The alternative DIN ball bearings are characterised by low-noise operation and higher load capacity and are ideally suited e.g. for driven rollers. A wide range of accessories is also available. Special designs, e.g. special greases are available on request.
MARKES bearing retainer (LH) are offered with collar or as flanged bearing retainer (FL). Both designs are welded into the tube. Due to highest quality and precision, they thus create high-quality conveyor belt rollers for the bulk goods sector. The range is completed by matching labyrinth seals for a long service life and is also supplemented by plastic bearing retainers KLH, which ensure simple installation by pulling them into the tube. These bearing retainers are particularly applicable for NIRO rollers that have to prove themselves in aggressive environments. Alternatively, solid plastic rollers with the KLH for the dimension 90 x 7 mm are possible.
Our skate wheels KLR are double-row mounted and offer very smooth running for roller conveyors and scissor roller conveyors. This design is also available as flange rollers SR. The steel rollers SLR are mounted in single row. Hub and bearing shells are hardened. Special designs, such as antistatic, are available on request
MARKES drive elements like plastic sprockets KKR, tooth belt drive KZA , the round belt drive and the V-belt drive VR (Poly-V) are characterised by simple assembly by means of pressing into the tube. They are generally equipped with DIN ball bearings and thus realise high drive capacities. In the variant with a belt drive the use of V-ribbed belts PJ serves for a high torque transmission which works very quietly. Plastic sprockets are offered for accumulation drive and fixed drive.
In roller shutter technology MARKES ring ball bearings RL in mini ball bearing design (outside diameter 28 mm) or new construction ball bearings (outside diameter 40 mm) have been appreciated for decades. The perfect function of the roller shutters is guaranteed at all times, regardless of whether ring ball bearings with plastic inner ring or inner ring of steel are applied.
Brake roller units.
Brake roller units (BR) are used for manufacturing of brake rollers in the storage technology. The goods to be conveyed are controlled to a constant speed, preferably in flow racks, by means of planetary gears and centrifugal braking elements. Alternative designs on request.
Conical elements (KF) allow simple construction of curve elements. The application of high-quality plastic serves for outstanding properties and long service life.
Made of steel or plastic: MARKES short rollers (AMR and AKR) provide a variety of applications. By using MARKES carrier rollers they are very robust and have a long service life – with high loads at the same time. The combination of steel tube with a plastic bearing is also possible, as well as a solid plastic roller. The rolls are exceptionless supplied without axle and are preferably applied in roller rails. Moreover, they are also used for the unloading site of flow racks as well as for loading and unloading of trucks.
Polydirectional wheels (ASR) are suitable for transport in all directions and allow rotation through 360 degrees. The rollers are offered made of high-quality POM or of PU for sensitive goods. NIRO-axles allow use in wet areas. Its one-piece construction ensures high loads. In conveying technology, crossings and points are among the preferred areas of application.
